This product carries a replacement warranty for a period of one year (12 months) from the date of purchase by the user against defects in material and workmanship and subject to the following conditions:

1. The warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product only and is not transferable.
2. Relevant Cash Memo must be preserved and product along with the defective unit for warranty replacement.
3. The defective unit must be delivered at the user’s cost to the nearest Dealer or Distributer.
4. This warranty is not valid for damages resulting from accidents, mishandling, negligence, unauthorized repair, tampering and loss of components or accessories.
5. The company or its agents will undertake to replace the defective unit within a reasonable period of time and its decision as to the nature of the defects and applicability of this warranty is final.
6. In the event of replacement of a unit, this warranty thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty.
7. Manufacturer’s Liability for damage is restricted to replacement of the defective unit only and shall in no event and under no circumstances exceed the price paid by the customer for the unit.
8. Remote is not covered under this warranty.
9. This warranty excluder every condition / warranty / liability not expressly mentioned herein.
10. All disputes are subject to Kolkata Jurisdiction.

This warranty is not applicable in any of the following cases:

1. The product purchased is not used according to instructions provided by the company
2. Defect caused by improper use, as determined by the company or its agents
3. Defects due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of Gods etc.
